MiniBar is a small utility that displays a popup tool ribbon on the Windows desktop. MiniBar is controlled from the Taskbar Icon Notification Tray. Click the MiniBar icon once to display the tool ribbon and then a second time to hide it again.
MiniBar lets you configure up to 38 tools for easy access from the desktop. MiniBar will keep your desktop clear by placing your most frequently used programs, utilities, web sites and Explorer folders in one easy to manage tool ribbon.
MiniBar is free and is very simple to configure and use. MiniBar will all but eliminate using the Start Menu to launch the programs you use daily. MiniBar includes an extensive Help file explaining its many uses and how to configure tools to launch Control Panels and Microsoft Management Console Snap-Ins along with all the programs, folders and web sites use use on a regular basis.
